Samuel White

Sam is a great teacher. He's patient and always well-prepared for class. He adapts the lessons to suit your needs and provides very useful resources. He also keeps a record of the things you learn in class, so you can review them later.

Yesterday I took my FCE exam after 30 classes with Samuel. I want to say a huge THANK YOU for going through all the topics, completing all the exercises and discussing all the topics in our classes. I definitely recommend Samuel to anyone who is looking for a teacher for any purpose! I look forward to continuing our classes after the break, teacher!

Sam is an outstanding English tutor! He always brings thought-provoking and engaging topics to every lesson, which makes speaking practice feel natural and enjoyable. His kind and supportive attitude creates a relaxed atmosphere, and time truly flies during our sessions. I always look forward to the next class :)

Today was my 20th lesson with Sam. I enjoy the conversations about various topics we go into. It helps me to explain myself better and improve my response time. The grammar lessons are more relaxed, so you do not feel like you are in school. Sam lets you speak most of the time, which is a good thing. I know it is hard to start to speak in front of a stranger in a foreign language. Especially when you are new to Italki. (Nobody wants to be looked down on and ridiculed.) But there is no need to be scared. Just try it.

Samuel is an excellent teacher. I've taken a few classes and they're relaxed, but you learn a lot. You can tell he's a careful teacher because he prepares the classes in advance, adapting the topics to my needs (even when they complicated topics related to my work). Whenever I have a question, he explains it in a simple way, which makes it easier for me to understand. He corrects me when I express myself incorrectly. Thank you, professor!
