Hello, I am Andy, a licensed professional English teacher from the Philippines. With native fluency in English, Tagalog, and Bicol, I bring a deep understanding of language acquisition and cultural nuances to my teaching. I am always setting good expectations for my students whether a student constantly makes hundreds on tests or a fifty, each student should be given positive reinforcement in class. I always exhibit positive expectations to ensure each student believes they can excel. I always transmit positive reinforcement by telling each student that they have high abilities and can learn and excel to their highest abilities. I always set positive expectations in the class that will help students who do not have proper motivation and support at home.
I always established rapport with my students. I know that establishing interpersonal relationships with students is crucial but I always see to it that I form a trusting bond with each of my students.
