Hi this is Angela! I was born in Beijing and moved to the US 5 years ago. I am currently living in beautiful San Francisco and trying to learn programming on my own, you know, to fit in the silicone Vally culture:) I am new to this platform but not new to teaching. I worked as a physical therapist before the pandemic and I was teaching exercise to patients everyday. So if you also want to know some exercise tips on top of language, I will be your gal. I am hoping to create a pleasant and relaxing environment to learn. I will approach different students in different ways. I'd like to hear your ideas and needs. If you don't know where to start, we totally could start from a random topic each time. For me, exercise, travel, cooking are always fun topic to start.
My teaching philosophy is based on scientific research in human behavior and brain activation. I'd like to stimulate your brain with lots of fun exciting energy. I'd like you to learn from scenarios where you could transfer what you learned into daily life.
