I currently live in Cape Town, South Africa, the most beautiful city in the world. I have been working in the tourism, Food and Beverage industry for almost 20 years now. I have travelled extensively and worked with predominantly international guests and colleagues. I am very patient and understanding. I understand that we have all different learning modes and unique experiences, that dictate the way we understand, retain and assimilate information. It is always important to adapt your techniques to your students needs, and create a safe environment, where they can learn and grow. I am comfortable working with all ages.
