Back in 1995, my parents threw me the first and only birthday party in the family.
I’ve never had another party since then. Maybe that’s because I realized — my job isn’t to blow candles… but blow your mind with Vietnamese.

Another great lesson with Tommy, easing into the lesson with a review of material covered last time, patient correction of my forgetfulness and struggling pronunciation, lots of encouragement, flexibility to let me try making some off-topic sentences, and a nice quiz and recap at the end.
