Hi everyone! I'm Eduardo and I'm a polyglot from Brazil! I love studying languages and sharing the experience with others, always making friends along the way. I currently speak Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish, French and Danish. I really enjoy helping others to achieve their goals with languages and I love studying about language learning as well. My favorite approach to learning languages is a natural method in which you can learn with the language and use it to communicate according to your level. My goal as a teacher is to guide you on your learning process so you can have a more meaningful experience. I like to take into consideration your background of studies, personality, preferences, and things you particularly like in life. I'm a huge defensor of pleasure while studying languages. That's why my method changes according to what you enjoy doing. However, to make the method efficient and consistent, I came up with strategies that follow the logic of how our brain works and how it usually keeps information to guarantee our survival. We will discuss strategies, content, and ways to practice according to your goals. My method will also allow you to study on your own and come to the lesson to practice, get more tips and feedback. I usually don’t get into grammar rules, unless I need to point out something for the student, because our brain can pick up on a lot of grammar by listening and by the context. But if that is important to you, or if you simply enjoy grammar I will consider that for sure! I wanna make sure you feel comfortable practicing the language, however you can, respecting the steps of the process, but also searching for an experience in which you can use the language in the context you aim for.Mein Unterrichtsmaterial

Eduardo is an outstanding teacher. I thought I knew a lot of grammar yet in every lesson he has a new discovery for me. He really teaches the intricacies of everyday language in a most engaging way. There have been many “aha”moments for me.

What a fantastic teacher! I had so much fun! The 45 minutes flew! He is very kind, encouraging, energetic, and upbeat. I am wowed by how many languages he knows! His English grammar is perfect, as well as his pronunciation, so it was completely easy to understand him when he was explaining the rules of Portuguese. I highly recommend him as your Portuguese teacher!

It was great! Eduardo is a great teacher who definitely takes time to personalize your class to what you need specifically. He makes you feel comfortable, and helps you when you make mistakes in a gracious and easy to understand way. Definitely would recommend him for your journey of language learning!

Eduardo always brings challenging texts to read and study together. They are challenging and engaging. I always feel that he stimulates my interest and confidence , increasing vocabulary, grammar, refining pronunciation and more. His knowledge of other languages also contributes to a vital engagement in lessons. I am so glad to have found him.
