My name is Fiona and I'm from Ireland. I've been teaching English for over 3 years. My teaching career starting in Vietnam, where I taught a range of different lessons from primary school to private lessons. I lived there for a year and a half and absolutely loved it. I then moved to Berlin where I taught English in a bilingual kindergarten for almost 2 years. Both helped me to excel as a teacher and were unique experiences. In my spare time, I like to practice yoga. I recently completed a teacher training course and would love start to teach yoga too. I enjoy meeting new people and conversing about anything and everything.Ich als Lehrkraft
I love helping people of all ages excel in English. It is a special kind of reward when a student learns something new and more importantly enjoys the process. I think I am a friendly, caring and approachable teacher. I like my students to be comfortable and to feel like they can ask me anything. Learning can be difficult sometimes but that doesn't mean it needs to be boring. I try to keep my students engaged and be able to have a laugh when possible! Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
I like to make my lessons as fun and enjoyable as possible. I try to include topics that a student finds interesting and can relate to. I am open for the student to choose a certain topic if they want to practice talking about. I'm a good listener and can correct students on their mistakes, such as grammatical, pronunciation and sentence structure. I will give praise when a student is doing well and progressing. I try to encourage students to achieve their best.4.9
