👉12 years of experience; 🔥🚀 +150 students satisfied 👩‍🦰 My name is Kathellen and I have been a Portuguese teacher for 12 wonderful years. I was borned and raised in the north (Manaus) however now I live in the South (Curitiba). As a typical Brazilian I´m crazy about soccer, caipirinha and Carnival. Travelling and living in different places has been my most sought out of interests, I have been to 13 countries. 👩‍🏫 As a teacher, I take a meaning-focused approach with my students. I employ task-based teaching methods in the classroom. In Brazil, I tutored adults from all over the world of all levels at a local language school with different purposes, travelling, business, beginners and conversational, for the last 4 years I´ve been dedicated exclusively to teaching students online. 📌I intend to prepare my students for the Portuguese speaking world in addition to the Portuguese language, including Brazilian culture and local references. Over these years with my experience I´ve developed a modern method of teaching with tactics to ensure that students not only learn more, better, and faster - they also learn smarter, it´s a unique learning experience that delivers cutting-edge, dynamic content. I include many interactive activities in my course, using a range of digital resources and I try to keep class fun. I have incredible results of success with students from zero to fluency.
