I adore the format in which Louise teaches. She sends a small audio/transcript, and we build off of that subject. She's a natural conversationalist and so encouraging and kind.

First lesson with Louise. She was very kind and patient. We discussed goals and methods and set a plan and filled in the rest with very easy-going conversation. I'll definitely be back - she's so easy to talk to :]
