Emi

I am having so much fun learning with Emi sensei! It truly makes my day brighter. Emi sensei has an amazing sense of figuring out where a person is at in their learning process and zooms in to a sweet spot where you are challenged but not overwhelmed. For the longest time I was afraid to learn with a sensei because I didn't feel confident in my own learning ability - but Emi sensei's excellent tutoring makes the hour pass so quickly like learning and laughing with a friend. Wish I started earlier!

Emi-san is teaching very effectively and never forgets to smile, encourage and personally engage. I am looking forward to our next lessons.

Emi san is excellent. She has us moving at a very good speed. So I feel like we are progressing quickly, adn I couldn't be more pleased. We have covered a wide range of useful topics including vocabulary, introductions, nationalities, eating and drinking food. Emi combines everything together cohesively. I would recommend Emi as an instructor.

My wife and I have taken a month of lessons from Emi san. It has been an excellent start to our Japanese learning journey. Emi san teaches us several new topics each week. In subsequent weeks, she reviews and tests us on this material so that we are not forgetting it. In fact, she incorporates the material including vocabulary and speaking phrases to support the new material, so we are always reviewing and using old material. I would highly recommend Emi san to a new Japanese learner. We are excited to continue learning with Emi for a long time.

I just had my first lesson with Emi Sensei, she was bubbly and kind and explained the lesson well. I felt at ease learning new concepts and I had a lot of fun.
