Nike was well prepared, cheerful and adaptable. We covered a lot of material at a good clip and I learned a lot. Great lesson!

Thanks for teaching me dish names today and providing some history/fun facts about them so I can remember them better, and preparing a document of exercises so that I could practice my sentence structure/grammar while talking about the new dishes and new food items I learned!
