I am Teacher Amor, a newbie and blessed to be a part of Italki Team. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education with units in Master of Arts in Education. I've been a teacher and part of the Education Profession for nine (9) years. I have experiences in teaching both in-person and online class setting, and I still aim to teach in diverse and versatile platforms. I come from Pampanga, Philippines and my native language is Kapampangan. I can fluently communicate in Filipino - written and oral, informal and formal, as well as in English as my third language. I love watching Korean Dramas and cooking shows during my "me" time.

Ateng Amor is a great teacher as always! She provides a mixture of videos, stories, reading, and activities to learn and retain Kapampangan. I am grateful to continue relearning my mother tongue from her!

We are almost finishing up our next lesson package with Ms Amor. She has been a great teacher to our 9 y/o daughter. She gives appropriate homework and reviews topics with her until she feels confident. My daughter is also able to read and complete sentences now. Can’t wait to keep continuing lessons!

We finished a Kapampangan story that was very old but it had a very valuable lesson of not forgetting your native language. I really enjoyed listening, reading, and learning more vocabulary. I really appreciate Ateng Amor for her teachings for helping me keep close my heritage :)

Ateng Amor is a great tutor as usual. We went over a video where I listened to characters speaking Kapampangan. Then we went over a story that has more advanced Kapampangan with a rich story. My knowledge has expanded a lot!
