Maria is a great teacher. She's prepared, she has a mixture of resources, she tailors the classes to my needs and level, and she gently but consistently and constructively pushes me to improve. I get a lot of constructive instruction in classes and I get a lot of opportunities to speak. I would recommend her to students of any levels, especially beginning and intermediate.

I highly recommend lessons with Maria. She helped me get started quickly, without dwelling on topics that are already clear or on words that I don't need. On the contrary, we spend enough time on phrases and other aspects that are important to me, if I can't remember them or if I pronounce them incorrectly. It's the perfect balance between feeling free to make mistakes with her and receiving gentle corrections (even if it's for the fifth time). Also, for me, it's a plus that she's quite flexible, and I don't need to book the lesson far in advance.
