Hello! I'm Fernanda, a certified TEFL and TESOL English instructor from Vancouver, Canada.
I have been teaching on Italki since June 2023. I spend my time in between working in the movie industry and teaching English on Italki.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, I understand the challenges of learning new languages firsthand. Beyond my passion for languages, I love dancing, exploring new places, and capturing moments through photography. 120 TESOL/TESL/TEFL CERTIFICATE - Oxford Seminars - 2023The course consists of 60 hours of online instruction with a live instructor, providing interactive learning experiences. The course covers essential topics such as lesson planning, classroom management, language assessment, and teaching methodologies.
Additionally, there is a 60-hour online component which builds upon the practice and theories developed during the in-class portion of the seminar. The focus of the online component is on understanding the role of grammar in communication.
