Mathilde

Mathilde is an amazing instructor. She is passionate about languages. This comes across when she is teaching. She has high expectations and does not allow her students to take the easy way out. But she is also kind and friendly and punctual. Many friends and family have remarked that my French has improved remarkably! I highly recommend her as a teacher.

Today's lesson was an excellent example of why Mathilde is so good. Today my French was horrible, I was not hearing French and I was forgetting my vocabulary and grammar, and my pronunciation was horrible. Yet Mathilde made me feel comfortable to continue to speak in French, even though I was embarrassed because my French was so bad today.

If you want to practice speaking French in a relaxed environment with a very dedicated tutor Mathilde is fantastic. Even though I still have a lot to learn about speaking French, Mathilde makes me feel very comfortable speaking French and learning from my mistakes.
