Yukie (ゆきえ)

Yukie is such a great teacher! She has the books that I use---she probably has your book too! Yukie teaches for the JLPT or just to further your Japanese. She makes you do examples so you make your brain work a little. Learning Japanese is very fun with her and she is definitely a professional teacher. Highly recommend!

This class was actually mainly convo practice (happened of my accord). We had like 30-40 minutes of talking, where I was trying to describe a book that I recently read in Japanese. Though I was making mistakes it was fun and Yukie sensei was very supportive and correcting me. We then talking about differences in weddings in Japan vs America and birthdays. After that we finished the lesson going over sasete form. I feel like im slowly but surely getting better in my lessons with Yukie Sensei!

Yukie is a great teacher, she is very patient and customizes your class based on your goals and wishes. If you are a complete beginner like me, you will feel at ease with teacher Yukie. 100% recommended.

At first I was nervous because my nihongo is not really good. But yukie sensei let me explain myself in english sometimes so I could express what I want to say very well. She is very polite and easy to talk to. I love to have another lesson with her. I feel comfortable to ask what ever I want to ask.😊
