well for the reason that not all learners are the same, I always consider different lesson plan for different students, but based on my experience, three important factors which can be so effective in learning are consistency and repetiton and active learning, so I am really strict about home assignment, keep doing that home assignment and being fully focused during the class, I use many tools for teaching, such as songs which is one of the most powerful tool for learning for the reason that it has a repeating melody it stucks in mind easiy and you would mimic the words every time, and movies to teach the everyday expressions, and Farsi books for studying grammar, pronouns and etc...Mein Unterrichtsmaterial
