I have greatly enjoyed taking lessons with Andrea and I've learned so much already in just a few weeks! I highly recommend her for anybody thinking about learning Spanish! She is incredibly patient and kind, and she makes me feel very comfortable to try things out and make mistakes. The lessons feel like having a good chat with a friend, and you get to learn so much about the Mexican culture & dialect while learning the language itself. I am always looking forward to the next class!

Another great lesson with Andrea! I learned a lot of new vocabulary and Andrea was informative and interesting to talk to, as always. She is very skilled at steering the conversation in a natural way while helping you improve your speaking and listening skills. It always feels like we're running out of time, rather than things to talk about.

Another great class! I've been taking lessons with Andrea for one month and I have found myself in situations where I'm able to have effective conversations in Spanish with native speakers in the real world - a testament to her teaching ability and method. Practicing crosstalk is difficult, and requires a Saint-like patience by Andrea, but it is so worth it to be able to have real conversations in Spanish!

Her teaching style is truly unique, and she consistently provides thoughtful feedback after each lesson to support continued learning. She encourages you to speak freely to build confidence, and then offers clear guidance to help you refine and solidify what you know. Her sense of humor makes the learning environment enjoyable, and she is, overall, a wonderful person to work with. You can learn a great deal about everyday life, as well as region specific expressions that add authenticity and richness to your Spanish. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

I just had my first class with Andrea and it went great. She is very easy to talk to and provided me with lots of information about Mexico! I had a great time. I look forward to my future conversations with her.

I learned many new vocabulary words in this lesson. We talked about a project that I have to do which includes repairing a machine. It was very specific vocabulary.
