I’m passionate about helping students discover the beauty of Afghan and Iran languages and literature. With years of experience teaching both Persian & Farsi and Dari I focus on creating lessons that are clear, practical, and enjoyable for learners of all ages.

Had my first Farsi / Dari lesson with Sebghatullah and he has an amazing style of teaching, he was able to assess my Farsi knowledge and level and helped me to to overcome the fear of speaking in a new language and within no time I was able to speak and introduce my self in Farsi. Looking forward to have many more lessons with him.

The lesson was clear and structured, and the teacher explained the material in an understandable way. He was patient and answered my questions when needed. Overall, it was a useful session for practicing Dari at my current level.

I have just completed a second lesson with Mr. Sebghatullah Yaqubi. Yaqubi seems very experienced in teaching Persian/Dari. Much of the class will be conversations / presentations. And you do have the freedom to decide on what you will be talking about for next class or what have you. If you really want to be able to practice speaking and are looking for an opportunity to start, I think Yaqubi might work for you.
