My name is Amr, and I am a certified teacher of Arabic, the Qur’an, and Islamic studies for non-native speakers. I have taught hundreds of students of different ages and levels at Al-Azhar and online. In my teaching, I always focus on helping students use the language in their daily lives — not just study it.Ich als Lehrkraft
I hold a BA degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Cairo University and a Diploma in Education and Teaching Methods.
I have obtained certified qualifications from Cairo University and Al-Azhar University in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, as well as several ijazahs and specialized courses in language sciences, Islamic studies, and Tajweed.
I have taught all levels of the Arabic language to both children and adults. If you are looking for a teacher for your child, I can simplify the lessons in the easiest way.

Excellent lesson with Ustadh Amr. Spoke in Arabic the whole lesson with explanations of words I didn't understand. Knew the level at which to pitch the lesson perfectly. His experience is obvious and I am excited about my learning journey ahead.

Excellent first Arabic lesson with Amr. He did a test of my knowledge and then we conversed for 15 mins at the end of the lesson. He was patient, friendly and prompt. I look forward to continuing my journey with him and am grateful to have such a qualified professional teacher one-to-one.

A great lesson as always - Ustadh Amr did 30-40 mins of Arabic and Quran memorisation with my son, followed by 30 minutes Arabic language with myself using the Al Arabiyya Bayna Yadayk. He is patient and explains concepts in a reassuring and constructive manner and I look forward to our lessons all week. My son's progress since he started the lessons has also been noticeable.
