Ciao, I'm Enrico, a language teacher from Italy. I have learned and taught languages for many years, understanding what works best with each and every student, perfecting my techniques and finding the best ways to help learners reach their goals.
I have travelled to many different countries, from Latin America to Asia, and I have tried to practice speaking the local languages wherever I was.
Apart from languages, I love movies, video games, music, outdoor activities and yoga!
One of my favourite activities is cooking, especially with some good songs in the background.

I have been a language teacher for around 10 years now: I started as a private Italian teacher in Japan, then moved to English, both privately and working in schools, and finally teaching all the languages I know online and in person.
While I was teaching abroad, I also spent a few years as Assistant Director in 2 language schools.
I have official certifications for teaching English to Adults, as well as a course for teaching Italian to foreign students.
My experience led me to teach from General classes, to Business, Exam Preparation, Pronunciation and more.

In my lesson I focus on communication: after I teach something new, or after reviewing older topics, I always have speaking exercises or conversation, from which I can understand the mistakes and help my students improve.
I believe that every aspect of the language is important, so I alternate between grammar and vocabulary lessons, with listening and reading of authentic material.
I try to mix different aspects of the language to give variety and have engaging lessons
I use different materials, ranging from the classic books and worksheets, to music, videos and role-plays.

EFL Teacher/Assistant DirectorI started a career abroad as English Teacher in Malta, and quickly moved to Assistant Director due to prior experience.
I have taught general, business, exam preparation and conversation classes, as well as taking care of the administrative part of the school, academic and more.

Assistant DirectorI took on the vacant position of Assistant Director in one of the fastest and biggest schools in Malta. Despite reduced teaching time, I had more chances to attend courses and trainings, and creating and reviewing teaching materials.
I still kept teaching general classes, business English and exam preparation.
