Bonjour! My name is Mélissa, and I am from the Normandy region in France!
I have always been a language lover, which led me to major in Japanese at university.
Currently, I work in the tourism industry in Japan, which enables me to meet people from many countries! In the past, I have also worked at a Japanese Embassy, and even became a regular commentator on a Japanese TV show!
My experience also extends beyond Japan, since I have lived in Australia (which I loved!) and travelled to many countries.
I especially love foreign cultures, nature, and outdoor activities.
Let's have a fun time learning French together! :)

I like to tailor my lessons depending on the needs of my students.
If you want to focus on the speaking practice, we can have a relaxed talk where I give you all the vocabulary you need to make your sentence.
For experienced learners, I also like to make my students find themselves their mistakes, instead of pointing them o...
This is my first French lesson so Melissa started by asking my past learning experience, current goal, and lesson preference.
The lesson was conversational as I asked for it, and she guided me with stimulating questions with timely comments on vocabulary or grammer advice.
