Jassi is a wonderful teacher. She makes learning easy and fun, and pushes you to get a little better each class. She is always helpful between classes if you have questions, and will specialize the class to your needs and interests.

I had a first lesson with Jassi, and it went very well! Jassi is friendly and enthusiastic. I am a complete beginner, and Jassi was prepared with good materials for a first lesson. She also gave me opportunities to continue or to review, which was very thoughtful!

Today I just had my third lesson with Professor Jassy. And I'm delighted with her teaching style. Ms. Jassy's lessons engage your senses from day one making learning Bengali a joy. Right now she's teaching me the vowels using a visual board where together we write letters and words. She makes it fun, like having me guess new vocabularies with drawings on the visual board. Today I had Bengali radio playing in the background and Ms. Jassy was able to teach me the meaning of something she heard the radioman say. It doesn't matter if you're slightly curious about the Bengali language. Or if you are fully passionate with Bengali culture. I'm sure Ms. Jassy is the right choice for you!

Great lesson with Jassi! We started with some revision of what we learned last lesson. Next, we made basic sentences and Jassi led me through the process of describing my day. We also learned a lot of new vocabulary words. It was a fun lesson and I learned a lot. Jassi gave me a lot of positive feedback!

Jassi was wonderfully pleasant with a joyous passion to teach. Despite this being our introductory class, she quickly captured my enthusiasm, drew me into conversation, and actually taught me something that gave rise to one of those wacky “light bulb” moments. She explained concepts clearly, drawing good paralells to english language and had a well-structured lesson plan with a realistic game plan for my future progress once she understood my current goals.
