I'm new to this, but I think just having a low-pressure conversation partner is really really helpful and that will be my main focus. I have a good experience in his classes. Fisher is patient, doesn’t cut the flow during the conversation, and has a good way of running the classes because he try to make people feel comfortable in order to gain confidence and develop their skills.
