The lesson with Ami san was very pleasant and comfortable. I rarely talk to people in general, so I was worried that it would be difficult to participate in the conversation, but Ami san always found something to say, so I really enjoyed the lesson.

I wanted to improve my speaking skills so I tried to book a lesson with Amy sensei. She was kind and has a great personality, and explains words that were previously unknown to me in an easy to understand manner.

I have really enjoyed the three lessons so far with Ami-Sensei. She is very easy to talk to and open, and very good at keeping the conversation flowing when I might be a little lost for what to say next, so there is no awkwardness. The conversation itself is relaxed and interesting, I can talk about my life and circumstances and likewise Ami-Sensei doesn't hesitate to talk about herself either. I'm looking forward to taking more lessons!

As always I've had a really enjoyable conversation lesson with Ami-Sensei. We've talked about current happenings in the world, and how similar things are culturally different in our countries. I really like that I can not only practice my spoken Japanese with Ami-Sensei, but also learn a lot about Japanese culture and hear first hand about the culture and Ami-Sensei's experiences there. If anyone reading this is looking for a teacher who is super nice, approachable and knows how to keep a conversation going, I can wholly recommend Ami-Sensei!
