Another great class with Haley쌤! Learning Korean using Webtoons is so fun. I highly recommend Haley쌤's classes, especially if you're an avid Webtoon reader like me :)

Haley 쌤 is fantastic at explaining nuances. I may be able to understand the literal meaning of a line in a Korean webtoon, but with Haley 쌤's explanation I now understand the line's cultural/societal nuance, other ways we can use the line in conversations, how it compares with other similar lines (like this one sounds more playful and the other line sounds more serious), etc. I've been able to enjoy reading Korean webtoons more because of her classes. I'm already looking forward to our next class!

I had a super enjoyable class with Haley! Haley came prepared with materials and I learned a lot. She even used the webtoon I’m currently reading as the material, which I really appreciated :) It helped me understand the webtoon on a deeper level because she was able to explain nuances really well. I had two weeks of great lessons with Haley before my trip to Korea - we practised a range of different scenarios of the places I will be going such as Gyeongju and Busan - with tailored made materials to my level and history. I can highly recommend her as a teacher.
