Irina has been integral to my professional development. I was able to successfully complete a job interview which led to a contract.

This was my first iTalki lesson and I was a bit nervous. Irina likes to take the immersive approach and I could understand about 20% of what she was saying, but she was happy to translate as needed to assist me.

I had aversion to come back to learning German but I have to do it because of my work. In this context, Irina managed to keep me busy during the trial lesson and made me speak a lot, which was great! She was very good at rephrasing things when I didn't understand and was quick of doing so. That means we were not stuck at any point and the communication was pretty fluent for the level of German I have, and that makes me feel less frustrated with my german. I recommend the class!

Irina is very good at helping me learn the language in a natural way. She is patient, encouraging, and makes the class interesting and enjoyable. Her teaching style motivates me to practice more and become more confident in German.
