I’m Aliona — a Czech language tutor for expats, immigrants, travellers or future University students who want to feel confident in their Czech life. I’m originally from Belarus, and I’ve built my whole study and work life here in the Czech Republic. That means I know exactly what it’s like to start from zero, move or travel to a new country, and face a language you don’t yet understand. Now I study at the Czech Art University, work and live fully in the Czech-speaking environment — and I help others do the same, step by step, with calmness and confidence during their journey.

Ich als Lehrkraft

I mostly work with beginners and intermediate students — expats, travellers, immigrants, anyone planning to move or already living in the Czech Republic. I also help students with Czech partners, just like me :) In our lessons, I’ll start by asking how you like to learn. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll combine grammar with plenty of conversation, interactive games, and video or text materials — practice, practice, practice! Don’t worry, it’s going to be fun too.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

I speak Russian as my native language, and I also speak Czech and English, so we can have our lessons in English or in Russian as well as Ukrainian if you prefer. Our sessions will be relaxed, structured, and motivating. I’ll support you where you need it and challenge you when you’re ready. We’ll talk a lot, laugh sometimes, and make sure you’re moving forward every week.
