Hello, bonjour, and bom dia! I'm originally from Austin, Texas, and I speak with a neutral North American accent in English and a standard Parisian accent in French. My reason for being is to learn as much as I can about the world and the people who inhabit it. I enjoy travelling, anime, music of all kinds (especially music from Brazil), good tea, astronomy, and I'm a terrible skateboarder (yet I continue to do it anyway). I have a passion for adventure, learning languages, making connections, and not only that, but inspiring this passion in others by giving them the confidence to get out into the world and speak. I completely understand that many students may not know exactly what they want. To me, that's totally fine, and I can certainly come up with a variety of interesting topics to discuss to help the student get accustomed to listening and speaking in the target language. However, if you have any specific grammar questions regarding verb tenses, conditionals, adjective order, or whatever it might be, I can certainly help and provide examples. Clinton is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I don't have to worry about making mistakes when speaking English, and I can practice comfortably and easily. He also has a keen understanding of various cultures, which helps me develop conversational skills in English that interest me.
