Jacek

Jacek is very easygoing and knowledgeable about language learning. Talking with him, even just for a few lessons so far, has helped boost my Polish confidence quite far beyond where it was to begin with. He loves the fun puzzle that is learning language, and I can tell that he loves to help push others through these puzzles as well. Every lesson, he challenges my Polish speaking ability, and does not let me shy away from using the language and attempting to figure out how to navigate my own way through the grammar, while facilitating me with extra vocabulary as needed. As he has learned several languages, he has a good grasp as to how languages differ and which parts can be confusing for different types of learners, and uses this to help build a personal roadmap to fluency. I would highly recommend Jacek as a Polish teacher, especially if as a learner you have an interest in grammar and culture.

The classes are productive and adequate to your level. Jacek is a very responsible, nice teacher, and he provides study-materials prepared before class so that I can work on my vocabulary both in and outside classes. Thank you for the great lessons, looking forward to our next class!
