Hello! My name is Walker, and I’m an English teacher from the United States. I was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I hold a TEFL certification as well as a degree in English and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I’ve always been passionate about language and culture, and I love connecting with people from all over the world. I’ve traveled throughout the U.S. and Mexico, and I enjoy learning how different cultures express themselves through language.

As a teacher, my goal is to help you feel confident and natural when speaking English. I’m patient, friendly, and adaptable. I’ll adjust my lessons to your personality, level, and goals. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, improving for work, or just want to speak more fluently, I’ll make sure our lessons are both relaxed and productive. I’ve taught students from many different backgrounds and proficiency levels. My approach is supportive and communicative. I encourage mistakes as part of the learning process, and I give clear, constructive feedback to help you grow.

My lessons are built around real communication and practical skills. You’ll speak a lot in class! Depending on your goals, I use conversation-based lessons, vocabulary and pronunciation practice, grammar explanation in context, and topic discussions on culture, travel, or current events. I believe that learning English should be enjoyable and meaningful, so I always create lessons that feel relevant to your life and interests. You’ll leave each class feeling more confident, capable, and motivated to keep improving.
