Another terrific lesson with Claire! I really appreciate the learning materials that Claire prepares for our class, which includes reviewing previously-taught grammar/vocabulary, as well as introducing new level-appropriate conversation topics. Claire's lessons are a great mix of structured learning (following a textbook) and having the flexibility to utilise new grammatical concepts and vocabulary in (stress-free!) conversations.

Claire is a wonderful teacher! As someone who has always struggled with learning new languages and finds practicing in front of people frightening, Claire manages to keep me completely at ease throughout all of our lessons! She is extremely patient, encouraging, and thoughtfully plans out each lesson with customized powerpoints accompanied with textbook exercises to work towards your individual learning goals. I've been doing lessons for about a month now and can't wait to keep going!

Claire is such a warm and engaging teacher and I learn so much in all of our classes! Claire always gives me plenty of encouragement to use Korean in our conversations, and provides helpful corrections/suggestions that we go on to revise in future classes. It is so helpful learning not only about correct grammar/vocabulary, but also about colloquial manners of speech. Claire is an excellent teacher and I would definitely recommend her classes!

I felt like Claire did a great job helping me even figure out the level of korean I knew. She was also very encouraging and gave me confidence to speak and ask questions. She was very attentive and timely with the concepts. I also feel like her corrections were also beneficial and constructive.
