Hi everyone! My name is Alice and I am a native Italian speaker from Milan, Italy. I have a degree in Humanities and I worked as a middle school teacher of Italian, History and Geography for two years. Now I work as a freelance copy editor for publishing companies: I proofread books in Italian and review translations, comparing the original text with the Italian translation. As you can tell, I work every day with my native language and I love every nuance of it. And I am also a language learner: I speak English, and I am studying Japanese, French and Spanish. As a teacher, I would love to help you to improve your language skills working on things that you won't find in a textbook. That's why I focus on conversation in my lessons: what's the most natural way of saying something? How can you tell a story in Italian sounding as close as possible to a native speaker? Talking about things that you care about it's the most effective to learn faster and better. I like to talk about everyday life - with a bit of humor too! - and I'm interested in many topics (art, books, linguistics and films amongst other things), so I am sure we will find something to talk about.Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
In my lessons we will talk as much as possible! While we talk, I will focus on grammar, pronunciation or vocabulary as needed and I will write you down new words and useful examples on Google Docs, so you can review it by your own after our lesson. I will also write down your mistakes.5.0

Una bellissima lezione, ma fa sempre molto piacere queste lezioni con Alice. Oggi abbiamo letto un racconto insieme, preso dai Sillabari di Goffredo Parisi, che mi è piaciuto tanto. Grazie a lei per tutti le spiegazioni molto chiari - che ha anche messo in un documento google, davvero utile. A presto!
