Ambi is great! He is flexible and works with me on scheduling time for our lessons. He changes the lessons up - sometimes we will review a lesson he created, other times we will discuss what went on in my life or whatever I want to talk about. This helps me to better achieve my goal to learn Spanish well enough to converse with family, friends, and even strangers. When I get stuck on something, Ambi will take his time to ensure I learn it. Ambi also provides me with the material we went over during our lesson and extra materials to study on my own. If you want to learn Spanish (and maybe even some Dominican slang as I do) Ambi is your guy!

It is fascinating to talk with Ambiorix, who has a broad understanding of history, language, and the interplay of language, history, politics, religion, etc. He makes you think about different countries, but always in a pleasant and thoughtful way.

Ambiorix has been my Spanish tutor for almost 5 years now and I could not ask for a better one. Muchas gracias Ambiorix!
