A few years ago, people who talked to their phones were considered crazy, and we laughed at them. Now, not only do we talk to our phones, but they also talk back to us. Furthermore, we now consider those who don't do so to be technologically challenged and old fashioned. Were we wrong before, or are we wrong now? Top of the tops as always! Jonathan clarifies my doubts, corrects my pronunciation and writing. Lessons are interesting and at the same time funny. For that reason I learn a lot with him.

It is unimaginable to have a healthy meal without garlic. By eating one or two cloves of raw garlic a day, we can not only improve our immune and cardiovascular systems, but we will also be helping to control our blood sugar levels.
