My name is Grayson Hale and I am an educator from South Africa. With about six years of teaching experience, I could still be considered to be relatively new to the profession. However, I have worked hard to continually grow my résumé with new teaching challenges and experiences.Ich als Lehrkraft
Since obtaining my CELTA certificate in 2014, I have taught English as an Additional Language (EAL) to students in South Africa, South Korea, and China. I have since acquired my Master’s in Education and been teaching in an international class for the past three years. During this time, my experiences have been invaluable. I believe that differentiated instruction is an incredibly important part of any learning environment. I have taught an inquiry-based curriculum to young learners (2 to 4 years old), and have used the teaching methodologies and techniques from the CELTA course when teaching adults.
