I am a devoted cat enthusiast, sharing my life with Nikos, a charming Aegean rescue and source of zen. My background as a BJJ brown belt and powerlifter informs my creative pursuits – poetry and comedy in Norwegian and English. I explore the world through drone cinematography and a deep study of philosophy. As an educator, I foster an immersive, student-centered environment that prioritizes both competence and connection. My bespoke lessons feature my book series, The Adventures of Ragnar the Cat, which weaves storytelling into grammar for a truly engaging experience. In my own teaching practice, I seek to cultivate this same atmosphere through immersive, student-centered methods that foster both engagement and skill acquisition. In addition to teaching, I develop my own learning materials, including The Adventures of Ragnar the Cat—a series of books featuring reading texts, grammar exercises, and accompanying audio files designed to make language learning engaging and accessible.

I really enjoy learning with this teacher. I’m a beginner, so sometimes I don’t understand everything, but he is very patient and repeats the explanation until I understand. He also uses English when necessary. His storytelling method and many examples make grammar easier and the lessons enjoyable.
