I have been teaching French for 4 years in classes (in France, in Georgia, in Peru) and for 2 years online. I can adapt my way to teach according to your profile and your objectives.
I had different adult profiles: people in love who met a French woman or French man, persons who want to study in a French speaker country, retired people or just people who love French language.
I speak English very well. I also have a Spanish intermediate level. I also know a little bit of German, Polish, and Georgian.
So I understand the difficulties than the different students can have with learning my mother tongue.

I respect your learning rhythm.
We choose one topic together. We can study many documents on the same topic. The amount of time that we spend on the topic is variable, it’s up to you. During the class, you talk as much as you want.
When we are done with one topic, we can study the same topic, in the upper level, or we can just change of topic, it’s up to you.
Between 2 classes, I will always give you some homework to do (studying on oneself is also important). You will make the exercises on our common notebook, and I will correct it, you will be able to see everything.

Yoann is patient and focused. He takes the time to pronunciate with his lips while also teaching where the source of the sound comes from . I look forward to becoming proficient under his attention.

From my experience as a student, Yoann ranks in the top percentiles of the teachers I’ve met so far. He has a deep subject-matter knowledge of the French language, which allows for precise, on-the-spot answers to grammar/vocabulary questions, as well as experience with a wide range of pedagogical methods which steepens the learning curve further. His vibrant classes allowed me to start as a beginner and transition to intermediate level - and I am motivated to aim for the next challenge! Thank you Yoann for the good work!
