I'm French, and I live in the suburbs of Paris. I'm a linguist, which means I'm a language scientist. I'm especially interested in the French language. I'm a language sciences lecturer at university and a linguistics researcher.
Apart from languages, I'm mainly interested in intellectual and artistic fields, such as music, science, and politics.
In my everyday life, I'm a pretty calm and introverted person. I really enjoy my routine and the peace and quiet. I spend a lot of time with my linguistics books, preparing articles or presentations. If you're passionate about languages, I think I could be your ideal conversation partner.
PS: My introductory video is old and will be replaced.
As a linguist teaching language sciences at university and regularly publishing scientific articles on the French language, I have extremely advanced knowledge in all areas of the French language (phonetics, syntax, semantics...). I would be thrilled to share this knowledge with you.
I do my best to make sure the atmosphere is nice and relaxing so you can feel comfortable communicating and not worry about messing up. I'm patient, encouraging, and always happy to go at whatever pace you need.
For now, I only offer conversation classes. They are entirely focused on spoken French, so written materials are not used, only videos. I correct your mistakes, explain the corrections, and rephrase what you say. I note your main mistakes on a shared document. I pay particular attention to the specificities...Mein Unterrichtsmaterial

I just had an introductory lesson with Grigory. He is such a nice guy and a talented teacher. We talked about plenty of topics. I felt very comfortable talking to him. The lesson was interesting and engaging. He kept track of my grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation mistakes. At the end of the lesson, he provided written feedback and went through my mistakes. He's going to keep you organized, focused, and motivated. Highly recommended.
