I’ve been learning Spanish with her for a couple of years now, and doing so has helped my knowledge a lot by being able to speak with a native speaker that knows how to teach well. She prepares a variety of way to learn Spanish that help you connect your knowledge of the language to issues in the real world, giving you a better cultural understanding.

I have been studying Spanish with Raquel for about a year and a half. She is an amazing teacher with a kind and patient personality. For the first time in my life, I have become able to speak Spanish with confidence and to understand conversations with native Spanish speakers. I highly recommend her!

I always look forward to lessons with Elisa/Raquel. I like that she avoids using English as much as possible and concentrates on using Spanish as much as possible. She is amazing at matching the Spanish level to what I can understand, making sure that I understand, and explaining the things I don't understand. She also has a very kind personality and quirky sense of humor that makes lessons fun!

I’ve been taking about 20 classes with Raquel and it really has been worth it. She’s understanding, always arrives prepared and explains well. The classes are well organized, clear and fun. I really feel I’m learning with her. I would highly recommend trying her lessons to improve your Spanish.
