Through volunteerism, I have over thirteen years of teaching experience. After completing a business degree, I became TEFL certified in 2018. I then began teaching English to non-native speakers, most of whom were beginners. Before teaching English, I had two years of business experience in Trinidad’s largest telecommunications company. I managed large projects and did customer service related work. Do you need help improving your speaking skills to communicate with co-workers and upper management alike? Let me help you. I love teaching. I also love meeting people. I am patient and friendly. My enjoyment comes from students putting the effort, and despite the trials and challenges, making progress, one step at a time. Structured Classes:
After receiving the results for a placement test, we will work together to create a learning plan that can address the issues that were identified. I will work with you to strengthen your weak points and improve your strong points in a timeframe that will seek to be in line with your goals. In these classes you will get an opportunity to practice speaking, reading, listening and writing.
Presentation Classes:

I learned a lot from this lesson where I was speaking a lot using the past tenses and Jon helped me with me correct use of these past tenses and with accurate vocabulary. The lesson was very helpful to improve my speaking skills and to use high-level vocabulary.
