Each time I talk to Lucy, I read a couple of pages from a book I am reading in Italian so she can correct my pronunciation. I was excited to read her the last 2 pages of the first book I have read all the way through in Italian.

Lucy is such a beautiful blend of kind, caring and concerned. She typed my errors into the chat so as not to interrupt the flow of our conversation. I was then able to glance at the notes and use the corrections in the next sentence. I will be able to go back and review the notes and see the new words I was learning.
