Kaho(香歩)

I've had about four lessons with Kaho, and it's honestly been awesome. She's got a knack for explaining tough stuff in a way that clicks, especially for someone just starting out with Japanese like me. Kaho really gets where beginners might get stuck and makes learning Japanese feel less intimidating and more fun. This approach has helped me feel more confident and excited to keep at it. If you're thinking about diving into Japanese, I'd say go for a lesson with Kaho!

Kaho is a wonderful teacher! I’ve already had a couple of lessons with her. She speaks clearly and slowly and introduces new words for me to learn. When I make mistakes she clarifies it and gives me the space to repeat myself! I feel myself improving under her tutelage and would definitely recommend having lessons with her!

Kaho is a great instructor. She knows I want to learn more vocabulary that I would use in my daily life and she does an amazing job explaining grammar points using Genki I. Can't recommend her enough as a Japanese teacher.

Kaho-san is a great teacher. Her English is excellent which really helps when you are a beginner. She will nonetheless stick to Japanese most of the time which is a good teaching strategy. She is patient, friendly and well-travelled which allows her to understand cultural differences. Thank you so much, Kaho-san.
