Thanks for answering all my questions about the DELF B2, and for your encouragement and critique of my monologues. After so much practice and with the structure that you have helped me put together, talking on a random subject no longer seems so daunting and I feel (almost) ready for my exam next week.

Another enjoyable lesson with Yvan! If you need a conversation partner, he will set you at ease. We move freely between news, politics, travel, nightlife and sports, and he has truly helped eliminate my awkwardness having legitimate spontaneous discussions in French. Thanks again, Yvan!

Yvan is a good and attentive teacher. Depending on your needs, he can either support your conversational practice or prepare you for a language test. I had great time practicing French with Yvan and my progress was noticeable, despite the fact that I had only a few lessons with him. Thanks Yvan!

Each class with Yvan brought me a step closer to my goal of succeeding in TEF. In our 1st session, I told him I was a beginner with no confidence in my speaking skills. He was transparent about how he could help and took the time to assess my level before we committed to more classes. He genuinely wanted to do justice to our time together. From day 1, we focused on TEF-specific exercises to make me comfortable with the format. He explained the structure of the exam and guided on how to organize my responses. Each session brought in new topics, detailed feedback, alternative phrasing suggestions, and consistent encouragement. We also had engaging discussions on a wide variety of themes, which helped me build my vocab & confidence.
