In my journey to learn Korean, I am immensely fortunate to be a student of 민샘. The experience of every class I have attended is nothing short of an absolute joy. Min embodies the quintessence of what it means to be an exceptional educator, infusing each lesson with her boundless energy and adept teaching skills. Min's ability to create an inviting and engaging environment effortlessly draws one into the beauty of the Korean language. Moreover, Min’s teaching isn’t merely confined to the Korean language. The classes transcend language learning and evolve into a lesson about the world at large. This is thanks to her rich travel experiences which add an extra layer of depth and worldliness to her teaching, making each class a journey beyond the pages of the textbook. Her encouragement and patience are beyond commendable. Even during challenging times, when sentence construction becomes arduous, Min's unwavering enthusiasm, patience and guidance act as a beacon of light. 고맙습니다!

I'm pleased with the way Lin ran the lesson. It was structured for quick understanding and nicely paced. The overall experience left me looking forward to the journey ahead.

Min is wonderful and cheerful. It feels very comfortable to have lessons with her. She is always helpful, and the conversations are really interesting.

N3 Level - MinSensei’s teaching style is primarily real world conversation through grammar. To the contrary, another instructor of mine is more geared for passing the JLPT through test questions. I find it best to review MinSensei previous class and the next class before class. Min is very supportive and knowledgeable. She asks lots of questions to motivate you to understand the vocabulary, grammar and context. She is not native Japanese, but Korean. This is not a negative 99% of the time. Min is inspiring, as she speaks Japanese fluently. Another thing I like about MinSensei’s classes is she wants me to read the passages. Then I shadow her reading the passages. The class thus is interactive, focusing on listening and reading comprehension. At this N3 level, the class is entirely in Japanese. The Japanese immersion is great for progressing rapidly. It is rare, but as her English is proficient as well, she can explain well in both languages as questions arise.
