I absolutely adore our classes with Rocio! She is an amazing person and a great teacher. I appreciate her patience and her help in keeping my Spanish alive as well as our conversations about the Bible and spiritual life. I am so blessed to find her on italki.

Rocio is a fantastic teacher-- She's calm, creative, patient and a good conversationalist. I started taking lessons with Rocio four months ago before visiting Mexico. Currently I'm enrolled in a Spanish language school in Mexico and meet with Rocio three times a week to practice my pronunciation and improve my speaking and comprehension skills. I appreciate Rocio calmness and how she is very patient when I mispronounce words, or don't know a word, or if I use the wrong verb conjugation. She is also always sharing online resources with me to help improve my skills and is always willing to help me with my homework if I ask for help. I highly recommend Rocio.

I work with Rocio three times a week. She is an excellent teacher who uses examples, explanations, experience, technology and homework to facilitate progress and success for learning Spanish. She also provides encouragement with her positive energy and attitude. Additionally I appreciate her willingness to answer endless questions. I find her to be very patient and supportive in her explanations. I highly recommend her skills and aptitude for teaching! She is a pleasure to work with and a caring person who wants her students to achieve their language goals.

I always enjoy classes with Rocio. Speaking (at least for me) is the hardest part of learning a new language. She makes it easy to overcome mental barriers and just talk without fear of making mistakes (and not being perfect).
