Hello! My name's Ariadne, and my nickname is Arix. I have an unusual name, from Greek Mythology, which is probably one of the reasons why I’m very interested in mythologies in general. I got my master's degree in English Culture and Literature, in Portugal. After living in Portugal for 2 years, I lived in England, and now I'm back in my hometown. I love movies, series, and I try to study languages as much as possible.

I taught English to students of all ages and levels in classrooms for 6 years, while doing my undergraduate course. For the past 2 years, I’ve focused on online private tutoring, mainly conversation lessons to people who want to improve their conversation skills in English and Portuguese. I am TEFL certified, and I can help those getting started in learning the language as well.

I'm available for both English and Portuguese conversation lessons. If you want to improve your conversation skills in these two languages, we can have informal chats, where we'll discuss any topic of your choice. These are suitable for intermediate and advanced levels. I also provide structured lessons for English learners, and grammar lessons as well.
