I’m Edison, born and raised in the Philippines. I hold a business degree and a TEFL certification, and I work as a geospatial analyst. After four years in the corporate world, I moved to Europe to teach—first as an English assistant in Madrid, then privately—and later lived in the Czech Republic and Lithuania. I’m a multilingual learner: self‑studied French & Spanish; conversational Italian & Portuguese; travel‑ready Russian & Czech; and now tackling Indonesian. Another great lesson with Miguel! We had some casual conversation in Tagalog about our plans for Christmas, then did a fun roleplaying exercise in Tagalog where I pretended to be a tourist booking a trip to the Philippines through a travel agency. Maraming salamat!

Another great lesson with Miguel! We had some casual conversation in Tagalog about what we did for Christmas and New Year's and then we did a roleplaying scenario in Tagalog where I pretended to buy a laptop in a store. Maraming salamat!
