I've finally been able to have more complicated conversations with my family vs just the hola como estas. Yan has helped my Spanish improve so much over the past two years!

I’ve had many lessons now with Yan and she is a great teacher. When asked to focus on certain topics she comes prepared with her own Google docs for you to use and also she is great for just conversation. Very patient and easy to talk to and gives corrections for pronunciation and suggestions on how to say what I’m trying to say better. I’ve now bought 4 packages with her and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Yan as a teacher you won’t be disappointed!

Since I've been a long time student we decided to work on my reading skills and start reading some Spanish novels together as part of our lessons! I feel more confident speaking in Spanish now; we've had several gramma lessons and comprensión lessons. She is an amazing teacher

I've continued my lessons with Tan for over 1 year now and my Spanish has improved tremendously. I'm not just learning Spanish, I'm learning about history/ local culture/ and different ways of life. She designs the lesson based on my needs and we always have interesting topics to discuss. She is patient about my learning needs and empowers me to grow each lesson. My main goal in learning Spanish is to talk to my abuelita fluently and to help me understand the Spanish population at work without using an interpreter. I highly recommend her!!!!
