My name is Michaela, I live in Piraeus which is the biggest port of Greece. I love acting, theater, I' m a member of a theatrical group in which I' ve got better on improvisation. I love travelling because I am passionate about getting to know new cultures and languages. I find very interesting having lessons on Italki because apart from the linguistic skills it provides communication among people from different countries and backgrounds.Ich als Lehrkraft
I' m currently a student of NTUA in which I' ve learnt how to tackle every obstacle and challenge what I was assigned to. When I started learning greek to foreign students it was also a challenge but I succeeded by preparing every single lesson according to every student's needs. Today, I work as a part-time teacher, tutoring both children and adults. I use online material specifically addressed to foreign students. I focus on speaking and listening by teaching grammar and vocabulary to students. I adjust my teaching material depending on each student's needs. Michaela is an excellent teacher. I'm an absolute beginner but she knows perfectly how to adapt the language so I can understand her in greek. Besides, she knows exactly what and when I have to learn and can explain everything in a very simple and easy way. She is always patient and kind and she is full of passion for teaching so she makes learning Greek really exciting. I feel very lucky to have found her ❤️

I highly recommend Michaela as your greek teacher. She is extremely patient and keen to work with you until you feel confident enough with the new material. On top she is funny and makes the one-hour lesson feel like 10mins. Her English level is very high so she explains everything quite well, even the parts that can't really be easily translated.
